Injustice provides a very fun and interesting DC universe adventure, and provides an excellent fighting game for those who just want to watch super heroes beat each other up in incredibly entertaining ways. At the same time, the story is compelling enough and the content extensive enough to justify the $60 price tag.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is a good game, make no mistake. It has an excellent, cinematic story mode, and a deep character roster, where each character is unique and fun to play. There is also polish in places where polish isnt normally thought of, like the menu screen. But in this day and age, online multiplayer in fighting games has to be perfect. With fewer and fewer opportunities for in-person play, online is the last refuge anyone will have for competition. Real competition is the only way people can truly improve at a fighting game, and if the online has too much lag, it is no substitute. Injustices online play is adequate.

A good, solid game with great characters, breathtaking backgrounds, a great story (they even explain how Green Arrow can go toe-to-toe with Superman), numerous fight options, clever mini-games, and DLC on the way.

As long as youre willing to put some time into practicing your moves after finishing the brisk story mode, fighting game fans should pick up Injustice in a flash.

Push Square: "Injustice: Gods Among Us takes the best elements of 2011's excellent Mortal Kombat reboot and fuses them with a faithful superhero setting, resulting in a solid fighting game with a likeable cast. Game Over Online: "Injustice is a very good game with some problems caused by the default 360 d-pad, that shouldnt be an issue with the PS3 version. The gameplay is a slightly more evolved version of the MK reboot, so if you loved that, youll like this and the plot is compelling and pushes the T rating pretty far, so folks turned off by MK vs. DC Us toned-down violence have nothing to fear here. While its quite good and theres technically a lot to do, its hard to recommend spending $60 on it unless youre a huge fan of MKs engine and/or the DC Universe but if its on sale in a few weeks for $40 or so, then definitely pick it up. At a bare minimum, give it a rental, or check out the demo to see if you like it."
